チルデンセーターとは？

ケーブルニットで編まれたセーターで、Vネックの回りと裾(すそ)に1本～3本のストライプが入っているのニットの総称。米国のテニスの名選手、ウィリアム＝チルデンがこのセーターを愛用していたことから名づけられたもの。
