1960年代から1970年代にかけて生産されてきた、ルイスレザーズの顔と言っても過言ではない人気商品。最も独創的で、英国らしさの漂うデザイン。左袖にジップポケットが配された1970年代モデル。
革の厚さは1.3㎜以上を保証する、品質、防御性において最高ランクである英国産カウハイドだけを使用し、英国工場の熟練工達によって１着１着、伝統のハンドメイドで製作されている。

Lewis Leathers（ルイスレザー）
そのルイスレザーから、Lightning(ライトニング)と呼ばれる、ダブルライダースモデルの中でCyclone(サイクロン)と人気を二分するアイコンモデル。1960年代から1970年代にかけて生産されてきたこのライトニングの最大の特徴はフロントに左右対称に配置された胸の縦ジッパー。そして左右の腰のダブルベルト。さらにモデルを象徴するディティール、肩のＶ字ヨークと腰の幅が広いヨーク。
また、フロントのサイドベルトの配置が前から後ろへ。すっきりしたフロントデザインに代わりに配置されたフロントジップ横のスナップボタンが特徴の、No.402 ライトニングも同様にルイスレザーを代表するアイコニックなライダース。
